Security Executive

The Security Executive is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel property. This role involves implementing and monitoring security procedures, managing security personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and emergency protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise all security operations within the property.
• Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, back-of-house, and sensitive zones.
• Oversee the functioning of CCTV, fire alarm, and other surveillance systems.
• Manage access control for staff, vendors, and visitors.
• Handle incidents such as theft, fire, medical emergencies, or disturbances promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate incident and activity logs, reports, and records.
• Conduct investigations into security breaches or suspicious activities.
• Ensure that all emergency exits and safety equipment are functional and accessible.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Train and guide security guards in standard operating procedures, emergency handling, and guest service etiquette.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
