We are looking for an experienced L1 engineer to manage and support our Forcepoint Secure Web Gateway solution.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web security, threat management, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and analyze web traffic
- Configure and maintain Forcepoint SWG policies
- Troubleshoot web security issues
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operations
- Experience with Forcepoint SWG (L1 support)
- Knowledge of web security protocols and threats
