Security and Loss Prevention Manager

Job Summary

The Security – Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for safeguarding company assets, preventing theft and pilferage, monitoring security systems, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and security procedures across the premises.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

Prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized movement of goods.

Conduct routine checks of bags, materials, and vehicles as per policy.

Ensure CCTV cameras and security systems are functioning properly.

Maintain daily security and incident registers accurately.

Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to control losses and damages.

Report suspicious activities, incidents, or policy violations immediately.

Support stock verification and surprise audits when required.

Ensure compliance with company security SOPs and safety guidelines.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 10th / 12th pass (graduate preferred).

1–3 years experience in security or loss prevention (freshers may apply).

Basic understanding of warehouse or commercial security operations.

Alert, disciplined, and detail-oriented mindset.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
