Security Analyst

As an IT Security Professional at intelliflo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of intelliflo's cloud systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting security risk assessments, evaluating security services and technologies, and reviewing and documenting information security policies and procedures. You will also provide monitoring and oversight for alerts in the Cloud environment. - Producing metrics and reports on the cloud security posture of intelliflo's cloud systems. - Creating actionable alerts based on received Cloud log events. - Monitoring and responding to security events and incidents. - Designing and performing POCs to facilitate service selection. - Demonstrating knowledge of GDPR, NIST, CIS, and PII requirements. - Working on tickets as needed to perform work and projects. - Performing SOC Daily tasks, including monitoring and responding to alerts, and remediating malicious emails. - Developing and writing SOPs. - Creating incident response playbooks and security actions. - Acting as an Incident Response team member when the incident response team is active. Skills and Experience Required: - 3+ years of experience in IT Security in L2 capacity. - 3+ years of experience working in either AWS or Microsoft Azure. - Experienced working with industry-leading SIEM tools (Splunk, ELK, Sentinel). - Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, information security, and compliance controls. - Hands-on experience in endpoint security operations and network vulnerability and web application scanning tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience developing and managing remediation plans/corrective actions. - An excellent knowledge of Information Security principles. - Experience performing digital forensics, malware analysis, and security testing of applications in a cloud environment. Knowledge Required: - Degree in an Information Security / Computing discipline or equivalent security certifications. - Experience working within an Agile framework. - Experience with incident response in AWS and/or Azure environments. - Familiarity with a programming or scripting language. - Familiarity with regex / regular expressions. - A working knowledge of financial services. - Experience working with SIEM technologies and AWS and Azure security monitoring tools. - Penetration testing experience highly regarded. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent/relevant work experience. - One or more technical Information Security Certifications such as CompTIA: Security+ and GIAC Certification: GCWN, GSEC, GCIA.
