Securities & Derivatives Intmd Analyst

The Securities & Derivatives Intmd Analyst role is an intermediate level position where you will be responsible for processing orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. Your main objective will be to facilitate the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions. Your responsibilities will include processing securities transactions, providing analytic input for traders, reviewing derivative products, utilizing data analysis tools to make process improvement recommendations, resolving settlement related issues, escalating complex issues as needed, participating in projects such as new products or upgrades, identifying policy gaps, formulating new policies to enhance trade flow processes, monitoring and providing solutions to errors to minimize risk, providing guidance and training to new team members, and assessing risk in business decisions with consideration for compliance and ethical standards. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of relevant experience, a strong comprehension of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance is required.
