Section Incharge/PRD Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor process equipment such as reactors, dryers, and filters as per BMR.

• Charge raw materials and intermediates as per SOP.

• Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, mixing speed, etc.) and record data.

• Perform in‑process sampling and coordinate with QC/IPQC.

• Maintain BMR, logbooks, cleaning and equipment usage records.

• Ensure cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.

• Follow cGMP, safety, EHS, and PPE norms strictly.

• Report deviations and abnormal observations immediately.

• Assist in routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Work in rotating shifts.

Qualification & Experience

• B.sc /Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology or relevant science background.

• 1–5 years of experience in API / bulk‑drug manufacturing preferred.

• Understanding of chemical process equipment and batch processing.

• Knowledge of documentation and compliance awareness.
