Role & responsibilities
CAPEX Projects (HR&A Domain)
- Plan and execute infrastructure and facility-related Capex projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and budgetary standards.
OPEX Budget Planning & Control
- Prepare, monitor, and control budgets for:
- Canteen services and infrastructure
- Housekeeping and sanitation
- Horticulture and landscaping
- Annual medical check-ups
- Repair & maintenance (civil, electrical, plumbing)
- AMC contracts and utilities
- Track expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Facility & Service Management
- Canteen Management: Oversee operations, hygiene, vendor contracts, and employee satisfaction.
- Horticulture Management: Maintain green spaces and landscaping aesthetics.
- Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all HR&A-managed areas.
- Repair & Maintenance: Manage timely resolution of facility issues under HR&A purview.
- Medical Check-ups: Coordinate annual health screenings for all employees.
- Employee wellness: Health and wellness sessions & support activity to MED / OHC various hospital tie up and related agreements, etc.
PAN India Sales Office Coordination
- Scout locations for new offices, manage expansions, and oversee closures.
- Monitor, Manage and utilize budgets for rentals, electricity, maintenance, and pantry services.
- Ensure seamless operations across all regional offices.
Employee Support Services
- Manage household relocations for new joiners and transferred employees.
- Conduct committee meetings for food, transport, and sports.
- Organize HR events (e.g., long service awards, technician awards, annual awards).
- Support OEM visits, car displays, and family visits.
Strategic & Operational Oversight
- MIS Preparation & Presentation: Generate and present reports for leadership review.
- Goal & KPI Tracking: Plan, monitor, and report on departmental goals and KPIs.
- Vendor Performance: Track and record monthly performance metrics.
- Contract Management: Negotiate, renew, and manage service contracts.
- Event Management: Plan and execute internal and external events.
Workplace & Risk Management
- Seat/Workstation Management: Optimize space utilization and seating plans.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Transition Management: Lead change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
- SOP Adherence: Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Safety First Approach: Promote and enforce safety protocols.
- Serve as primary Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders/ customers /visitors /expats & Guest and delegations Management.
Audit Management
- Liaise with HR, and external and internal auditors for smooth completion of audit
- Liaise with external auditors for ISO 14001 and 45001 audit with preparation of all related HIRA and Aspect Impact documents
- Other Audit Management as and when required
Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Plan and drive employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Drive the Sports tournaments and other initiatives
- Drive committees related to the facilities and engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments and function to ensure aligned execution.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Global/ Region/ Local Initiatives
- Participate in Region conferences, and special projects, where required
- Prepare and submit reporting requirements and needs when required
Transversal Responsibility

Preferred candidate profile
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or equivalent. Bachelor’s Engineering Degree or Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or technical field will be an added advantage.
- 12–18 years of experience in administration, facilities, or operations management.
- Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and large-scale projects.
- Strong budgeting, vendor management, and leadership skills,
- Strong leadership abilities to direct and manage teams, including the ability to identify talent, build teams, mentor and develop team members, and inspire performance that exceeds expectations
- A role model, “hands-on” leader to collaborate effectively across all cultures and levels
- Proven track record of managing cross-cultural and cross-functional business relationships across all stakeholders
- Possess strong communications, interpersonal, and motivational skills along with excellent business skills, financial acumen, gravitas and executive presence
- Proven track record of success in driving change, achieving targets and working across the different regions/ countries and remote teams
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously is required
- Demonstrate ability to understand the broader business perspectives and analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and possesses great cultural quotient
- High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success
- Language proficiency: English is mandatory and other language(s) are added advantage
