Location

The IT Infrastructure & Operations Senior Lead is responsible for the strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the organization's IT infrastructure, including network services, data centers, service desk, and workplace IT operations. This role ensures the continuous delivery, performance, and security of integrated information systems across the organization and its subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region. This role ensures the effective delivery of IT security operations, policies, and compliance requirements while overseeing critical infrastructure such as network security, data centers, directory services, and cyber protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of IT services, infrastructure, service desk, and third-party vendors
  • Lead infrastructure strategy, design, and implementation aligned with corporate IT goals
  • Oversee network, data center, and cloud operations ensuring performance and security
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards (e.g., J-SOX), vendor management, and audits
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies
  • Manage budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and lead infrastructure teams
  • Coordinate IT implementations for Group Companies (GCs)
  • Oversee cybersecurity programs, threat detection, firewall and network security
  • Manage directory services (e.g., Active Directory), video conferencing systems, and identity access
  • Collaborate with regional/global IT teams and vendors (e.g., DXC, Singtel, AT&T, NTT)
  • Promote security awareness and ensure audit readiness

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a multinational setup
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, network/data center infrastructure, service desk, and compliance
  • Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors
  • Preferred certifications:

    CISM, CISSP, CEH

  • Expertise in cybersecurity, firewall management, directory services, and video conferencing
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to work in multicultural environments
  • Analytical, self-driven, and capable of managing complex issues
