Role & responsibilities

Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and professional administrative support to the MD.
  • Manage the MDs calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
  • Assist in project coordination and tracking deliverables.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the MD.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Social Work / MBA
  • Min 5 yrs experience as a personal assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
