JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Planning daily activities for MD. 2. Assisting MD for his daily activities. 3. Drafting of mails & letters. 4. Preparation of PPT presentations as required by MD. 5. Follow-ups as per MDs instructions. 6. Arranging meetings as per MDs instructions 7. Co-ordination with departments/units for approval of cheque request and cheque signature & Online payments. 8. Maintenance of important documents & files. 9. Maintaining records for cheque request and cheque signature. 10.Ensure MDs room, conference room are kept organized and neat & clean. 11.Arranging essential items required for MD and Guest.
