Key Responsibilities:

• Handling front desk operations & visitor management.
• Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting management.
• Providing administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Presentable and well-organized.
• Prior experience in shipping/logistics industry preferred (not mandatory).
