Provide administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, meetings, and emails. Handle travel arrangements for the CEO, making sure everything from local trips to outstation. Be the single point of contact, managing communication and keeping things confidential. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials accurately and on time. Find ways to make administrative tasks run better, always looking for ways to improve. Help with special projects as needed, making sure deadlines are met. Keep the CEO's calendar organized, scheduling appointments and meetings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Experience in a similar support role. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills, able to interact confidently with people at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Willingness to travel locally and outstation as required.
