We are looking for a highly skilled, sharp, and dedicated individual (Male) to work closely with our Chairman Sir and senior leadership. This role demands professional excellence, absolute confidentiality, and the ability to manage high-level responsibilities with grace and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Chairman's office
• Assist in day-to-day secretarial and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate and prepare for meetings, events, and appointments
• Draft letters, emails, reports, and official documents
• Maintain smooth internal communication between departments
• Take meeting notes, follow up on action items, and manage timelines
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
• Support in planning, execution, and reporting of strategic initiatives

Required Skills:

• Excellent command over English & Hindi (written & spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong drafting, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Presentable, mature, and confident personality
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream)
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar high-responsibility role
• Freshers with excellent skills and dedication may also apply
