Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced academic leader to serve as the Principal of our Fine Arts College offering BFA and MFA programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in fine arts, excellent administrative capabilities, and a passion for nurturing creative talent. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and vision for the overall growth of the institution. Ensure academic excellence in undergraduate and postgraduate fine arts programs. Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluations. Foster an inclusive and inspiring environment for students and staff. Oversee curriculum development, quality assurance, and compliance with educational standards. Build partnerships with industry and academic bodies to enhance student opportunities. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Fine Arts (MFA) or equivalent; Ph.D. preferred. Proven leadership and organizational skills. Strong understanding of academic policies, accreditation processes, and regulatory frameworks. Preferred Skills: Visionary leadership in arts education Faculty and student development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with digital tools and e-learning platforms Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
