The Role:

Paid Search Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across global markets to deliver on CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, bid optimisation, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Paid Search on budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor daily performance, using data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Partner with relevant teams to ensure ad experiences are aligned, relevant, and conversion-focused.
  • Stay up to date with industry changes, platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep hoppa ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to hoppa’s & Elife’s global growth story by scaling campaigns in both core (airport transfers) and emerging (ride-hailing, trains) services.


Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns, ideally in a travel, e-commerce, or marketplace environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search platforms.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools.
  • Experience managing significant budgets across multiple geographies.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong copywriting and testing skills to deliver compelling ad creatives.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, global business.
  • Interest or experience in leveraging emerging AI tools for campaign optimisation—such as automated bidding, creative generation, or predictive targeting—to drive efficiency and performance at scale.
