SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site SEO for client websites, including blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks through guest posts, PR campaigns, and outreach.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content based on search intent and user personas.
• Coordinate with interns and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and GTM.
• Develop SEO strategies tailored to different industries and client needs.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with content, social media, and web development teams to drive organic growth.
• Identify and implement technical SEO improvements, including site audits and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, link building, guest posting, and PR outreach.
• Hands-on experience with analytics, Google Tag Manager, and understanding of customer personas.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor interns or junior team members.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong communication skills for client coordination and reporting.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
