Job Description

The SEO specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and managing innovative, results-oriented, cross-channel search engine optimization strategies and campaigns. You will need to have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, trends, and the ability to drive organic growth while enhancing web visibility. Your role will involve developing and overseeing the company's SEO strategy to ensure alignment with broader digital marketing goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content, web development, design, and marketing, will be essential to embed SEO best practices throughout digital efforts. As the SEO specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging organic search to meet organizational objectives. You will utilize your expertise and leadership skills to position the organization prominently in search results, ultimately driving traffic, engagement, and conversions. Your responsibilities will include planning, developing, and implementing strategic SEO campaigns from inception through post-launch and analytical phases. Conducting in-depth keyword analysis, devising on-page optimization tactics, and optimizing content to enhance organic visibility will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting technical assessments of websites, analyzing web analytics, staying informed about emerging search marketing trends, and collaborating with internal teams and client groups to surpass established goals. Regular monitoring, analysis, and reporting on key SEO metrics will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they pertain to SEO is necessary. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an analytical mindset and proficiency in Google Suite tools, will be essential for success. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field is required, along with 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience in driving organic growth and traffic. Experience in a B2B tech environment and expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console are also necessary for this role.,
