As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and enhance search engine rankings. Taking ownership of assigned accounts, you will ensure that all deliverables are met within specified timelines. Conducting comprehensive keyword research will be a key aspect of your role, guiding content creation and optimization efforts effectively. Identifying and addressing technical SEO issues on websites, you will recommend appropriate solutions to optimize website content, including landing pages, meta tags, and site structure. Utilizing tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, and Google Analytics, you will collect and analyze data to track and report on traffic, rankings, and various SEO metrics. Staying updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and integrated marketing is crucial. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, you will implement SEO recommendations to drive results. Effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients will be essential, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience in SEO. A strong understanding of standard and current SEO practices, experience in conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and familiarity with SEO reporting and analysis are required. Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, and Google Analytics is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary attributes for this position.
