Search Engine Marketing Analyst

As a Senior SEM Analyst at our company in Bangalore, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, social media, and other paid channels. Your primary focus will be on driving customer acquisition and retention through effective management of SEM campaigns. This key role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on campaign optimization. Your key responsibilities will include managing and optimizing SEM campaigns, conducting in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and continuously improving campaign performance through A/B and multivariate testing. You will also stay updated with industry changes and algorithm updates to refine strategies, collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign goals, and provide regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders and senior management. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing. You must possess proven expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, be proficient in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, and have strong analytical skills with a focus on results and ROI improvement. Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and budget management is essential. Excellent communication skills are crucial for this role, as you will be required to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
