Sea Logistics Sales Representative - LCL

You will be joining the Customer Care Team at Kuehne+Nagel to contribute your expertise and skills towards achieving customer excellence. Your Role: You will be responsible for developing and diversifying business to meet financial and volume targets. Your Responsibilities: - Own, monitor, and drive sales activities for your customers, from preparing quotations to closing profitable deals. - Coordinate with customer care location managers, pricing, and business development teams. - Keep track of market information on pricing and products. - Report customer feedback to the team and assist in resolving issues. - Collaborate with colleagues when onboarding new customers. - Maintain updated customer information in internal systems. - Regularly review customer portfolios with managers and team members. - Focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high-quality service. Your Skills and Experiences: - Graduation is mandatory. - 4-5 years of relevant experience. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships. - Effective time management skills are crucial for success.
