You will be joining the Customer Care Team to contribute your expertise and skills to provide Customer Excellence. In this role, you will support customers by offering helpful information, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints. - Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation in collaboration with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center (OCC). - Build and enhance operational relationships with customer contacts through daily interactions, regular care visits, and proactive advising to ensure customer satisfaction. - Qualify customer inquiries, provide quotations within the specified price range, follow up for acceptance and closure of quotations. - Assist in customer onboarding as per working instructions, ensuring seamless inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into KN systems along with the initial customer order. - Enter and qualify customer orders for operational execution. - Coordinate with Finance to adjust credit limits based on business development and manage challenges effectively. - Document, resolve, analyze complaints, identify root causes, and implement solutions. - Generate, review, and enhance customer reports. - Ensure achievement of financial targets and strategic objectives. - General import experience with exposure to freight or logistics. - 3 to 4 years of customer handling and Import operations experience. - Previous experience in a customer-facing role providing solutions, conducting bookings, and rate checks. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work well in a team.
