1. Job Title : Sr. Software Engineer B2 2. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. 3. Experience : 8 - 11 years 4. Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance. - Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Implement best practices for software development and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure software reliability. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for software solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the use of best practices. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software solutions. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development. - Demonstrate experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Show strong communication and collaboration skills. Have the ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts. - Be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 9.
