Job Description

As a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 8 to 11 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following: - Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, working closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Implement best practices for software development, conduct unit testing and integration testing, and develop technical documentation for software solutions. - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, collaborate with DevOps teams for smooth deployment and operation of software solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process. Qualifications: - Possess a strong understanding of AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development. - Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts, self-motivated, and work independently as well as part of a team. The company follows a modern digital engineering approach and offers a hybrid work model with day shifts, with no travel required.
