Job Description

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting compliance processes and standards. This includes preparing, testing, and monitoring conformance to quality assurance processes. You will evaluate internal controls, risk assessments, and maintain documentation related to compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. In case of identifying risks and deficiencies, you will work with internal departments to find the appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will design and conduct internal training on quality assurance requirements and procedures. Performing audits, risk assessments, and suggesting corrective actions will also be part of your responsibilities. - Applies theoretical knowledge to achieve goals through individual work - Provides guidance as a project manager using technical expertise - Builds knowledge of the company, processes, and customers - Solves straightforward problems and analyzes solutions using standard procedures - Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction Functional Knowledge: - Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines Business Expertise: - Understands key business drivers to accomplish own work Leadership: - Provides informal guidance to new team members without supervisory responsibilities Problem Solving: - Solves problems in straightforward situations using technical experience and judgment Impact: - Impacts the quality of own work and the work of others on the team within guidelines and policies Interpersonal Skills: - Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations At Broadridge, fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment is a priority.
