SD-WAN Engineers – L2 & L3 (Fortinet/Versa)

Key Responsibilities:

For L3 SD-WAN Engineer:

• Lead the design, deployment, and support of Fortinet SD-WAN solutions.
• Troubleshoot escalated L2/L3 SD-WAN issues.
• Work closely with customer and internal stakeholders to resolve complex incidents.
• Mentor L2 engineers and participate in change management activities.
• Provide technical documentation and solution design input as needed.

For L2 SD-WAN Engineers:

• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot SD-WAN issues in a shift-based NOC environment.
• Perform basic configuration changes under guidance.
• Escalate issues as required and provide timely resolution.
• Work with Fortinet or Versa SD-WAN appliances in production environments.
• Maintain incident logs and update documentation as per process.

Requirements:

L3 SD-WAN Engineer:

• 8+ years of experience in networking.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Fortinet SD-WAN

  (mandatory).
• Excellent understanding of SD-WAN architecture, BGP/OSPF, IPsec tunnels, failover policies, routing, and firewall rules.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and NOC environments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NSE 7, CCNP) preferred.

L2 SD-WAN Engineers:

• 3–5 years of experience in network support roles.
• Working knowledge of

  Fortinet or Versa SD-WAN

  technologies.
• Understanding of routing, switching, and basic security concepts.
• Experience in ticketing tools and shift-based NOC support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Shift Details:

• L2 Engineers

  – Rotational shifts (24/7 NOC environment)

• L3 Engineer

  – General business hours
