Description
As an Experienced Scrum Master with a proven record of working with Cority software, your role will involve aligning teams with project vision, sprint goals, and release objectives. You will facilitate agile development and coach pods for PGS projects. Your responsibility will be to communicate impediments to leadership and ensure they are cleared for pods. Additionally, you will support Product Owners with backlog management, communication, and alignment. You will also schedule and facilitate Agile ceremonies and partner with Owners for a prioritized backlog. Key Responsibilities: - Align teams with project vision, sprint goals, and release objectives - Facilitate agile development and coach pods for PGS projects - Communicate impediments to leadership and clear them for pods - Support Product Owners with backlog management, communication, and alignment - Schedule and facilitate Agile ceremonies and partner with Owners for a prioritized backlog Qualifications Required: - Deep Agile Software development (SAFe) experience with Cority in a pharma manufacturing environment - Proficiency in JIRA and JIRA Align - Extensive SDLC, cGxP, and regulatory compliance experience - Project Management skills in planning, backlog grooming, and daily sprint management - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Agile/DevOps project leadership - Technical background in QA Analytics in the Pharmaceutical Industry - Preferable: Cority, SAFE Scrum Trained, Atlassian (Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.)
