Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the
Product Owner
for one or more Agile teams, owning the product backlog and roadmap.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements.
Create clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of product features.
Use tools like
Aha!
for roadmap planning and
JIRA
for sprint and issue tracking.
Continuously improve product offerings based on user feedback and analytics.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with
Scrum Methodology
and
Agile
practices.
Proficiency in product management tools such as
Aha!
and
JIRA
.
Proven experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
