Job Summary:

Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies

  daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

  .
• Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on

  Agile and Scrum best practices

  .
• Remove blockers and impediments that hinder team progress.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
  
• Work closely with

  Product Owners

  to ensure a well-defined product backlog and clear priorities.
• Support

  Agile estimation, story writing, and backlog refinement

  sessions.
• Ensure transparency into team performance through metrics such as

  burndown charts, velocity, and sprint goals

  .
• Help teams adopt

  Agile engineering practices

  and improve delivery predictability.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align processes and share knowledge across teams.
  
• Support the organization in its

  Agile transformation journey

  and process maturity.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 3–7 years of experience in

  Agile software development

  , with at least 2+ years as a

  Scrum Master

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles

  .
• Experience using

  Agile project management tools

  (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).
• Proven ability to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
  
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Scrum certification(s):

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Scrum Alliance
  
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) – Scrum.org
  
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) – Scaled Agile
  
• Experience working in a

  Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  or

  multi-team Agile environment

  .
• Exposure to

  DevOps

  ,

  Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

  , or

  Agile product delivery

  .
• Experience in

  software development
