Job Overview:


Scrum Master


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as Scrum Master with SAFe Agile Framework.
  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives), and remove team impediments.
  • Promote Agile best practices and foster a high-performing team culture.
  • Support continuous improvement at team and program levels.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, Product Owners, and other Scrum Masters to align on priorities and objectives.
  • Use tools such as

    Azure DevOps

    ,

    Confluence

    ,

    MS Teams

    , and

    SharePoint

    to manage work and communication.


Required Skills:


Scrum Master

2+ years of hands-on SAFe Agile experience

Mandatory->

Preferred ->

✅ Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
