Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Scrum Master with deep expertise in SAP

S/4HANA Supply Chain Management to support our global digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading Agile delivery teams, ensuring the

timely and successful implementation of SAP solutions, and driving best practices across the

supply chain domain.

This role requires a unique combination of Agile leadership, SAP functional knowledge, and

strong supply chain process understanding to effectively bridge the gap between business

stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership & Facilitation

Act as Scrum Master for one or more SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain project teams.
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
Promote Agile values, principles, and practices, ensuring teams deliver high-quality solutions.

SAP Project Delivery

Support the SAP Activate methodology for S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and SAP Functional

Consultants to maintain a well-prioritized backlog.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across modules such as MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, IBP, and TM.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and project delivery teams.
Provide visibility into progress, risks, and impediments to senior leadership.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to embrace Agile ways of

working.

Continuous Improvement

Measure team performance using key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, capacity).
Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to optimize delivery.
Encourage innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption within teams.
