Job description Experience: 8+ Years Location: Chennai and Bangalore Notice: Immediate - 15 Days Scrum Master We are looking for a certified and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development practices, remove obstacles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can guide teams in adopting Scrum principles, practices, and mindset to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams. Remove impediments and foster a productive work environment. Shield the team from external distractions and help maintain focus on sprint goals. Work with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and well-prioritized product backlog. Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders. Promote Agile best practices and principles across teams and departments. Support Agile transformation efforts and organizational change. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and cross-functional teams on dependencies. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Proven experience leading Agile ceremonies and coaching teams. Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally). Strong understanding of SDLC and team dynamics in a technical environment.
