Leading and guiding a team of skilled software developers, ensuring technical excellence in every aspect of project execution. Analyzing software requirements and crafting comprehensive functional specifications to guide high-level decision-making. Defining and documenting detailed low-level design to provide a clear roadmap for the agile team. Offering expert support to the development team on specialized tasks related to software design and implementation, aligning with partners' quality standards. Implementing and documenting assigned portions of components or work products within project timelines. Identifying and implementing unit and integration tests to facilitate automated integration and deployment for swift and efficient processes. Writing and testing code for specific software components or work products, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Investigating and resolving software defects identified during testing and review processes to uphold product quality. Ensuring the quality of developed components or work products, aligning with the established development process and technical requirements. Considering technical boundary conditions, including non-functional requirements, and economic aspects in decision-making processes. Conducting checks, refactoring, and reviews of architecture and related code, adhering to defined patterns, best practices, coding standards, and software requirements. Submitting work products into software configuration management to maintain version control. Actively participating in various software-related activities, such as reviews, unit tests, and process improvements. Performing regular internal technical coordination and reviews to identify risks and support risk mitigation initiatives led by the Product Owner and relevant stakeholders. Creating comprehensive technical documentation, including developer guides and architecture documents, to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer within the team. Expertise You'll Bring: Experience in a scrum master role of around 4-5 yrs with total exp 8-10 yrs Familiarity with software development Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Hands on with Tools like Jira etc. Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Crystal, XP etc.) Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field Scrum master certification Project Management certification a plus Demonstrating key skills and competencies in Agile environments, product roadmaps, market research, and product development process iteration, excelling as a techno-functional product leader Proficient in leadership, forecasting, product strategy development, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, stakeholder management, user engagement and analysis, and UX/UI IT professional with experience in spearheading product activities from conceptualization to execution including strategizing, requirement analysis, finalization of specifications, design, testing, issues resolution, quality management, progress monitoring and manpower planning Rich experience in managing the entire product lifecycle involving product conceptualization, strategy formulation, development, positioning, sprint planning, release coordination, story mapping, product monetization, product backlog grooming, product backlog prioritization and prototyping Drove end-to-end product management by owning the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. Excelling at managing product expectations, conducting analysis, and implementing features; track record of successfully engaging with stakeholders, clients, and top management to evolve strategic visions, drive change, address and resolve issues, and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness Exhibited strong skills in driving large engagement with Project Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers for devising plans, analyzing requirements, scheduling tasks, driving scope planning, as well as holding discussions with cross-functional Teams for project monitoring & delivery as per defined quality and time norms Manage each projects scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it Enthusiastic about acquiring knowledge in new technologies, tools, and the Energy domain.
