About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 Agile teams as Scrum Master, driving sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog items.
• Remove impediments and ensure timely delivery of high-quality insurance applications (Policy, Claims, Billing, etc.).
• Utilize PLSQL skills to understand database logic, validate data, and support troubleshooting.
• Track team performance using Agile tools (Internal tools).
• Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and collaboration across teams.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Insurance processes (Policy Admin, Claims, Billing, Reinsurance).
• Proficiency in PLSQL (queries, stored procedures, debugging).
• Agile tools experience (JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Preferred certifications: CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
  

Good to Have

• Experience working in insurance product-based companies.
• Knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD practices.
• Experience in Agile at Scale frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
