Scrum Master

Role Overview: As a Scrum Master at HARMAN Automotive, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, measuring team performance, and identifying and resolving impediments. Your role will involve supporting management in creating KPI dashboards to track team performance and providing coaching and guidance to the team to improve their performance and adherence to Scrum principles.
