Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as

  Scrum Master

  for Agile teams working on BFSI projects.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies:

  Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Ensure adherence to

  Agile principles

  and help teams improve delivery velocity.

• Coordinate with

  Product Owners, business analysts, developers, and testers

  to track project progress.

• Manage

  project plans, delivery schedules, risk logs, and stakeholder communication.

• Drive the execution of project deliverables within

  agreed timelines and scope.

• Ensure

  regulatory and compliance alignment

  as per BFSI standards.

• Track key metrics using tools like

  Jira, Confluence, and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of

  Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• BFSI domain experience is

  mandatory.

• Proficiency with

  Agile tools

  such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.

• Solid

  communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

  skills.

• Certification preferred:

  CSM, PSM, PMP, or equivalent.
