Job Description We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile practices for our Finance Domain ETL/Talend team at the client location. The ideal candidate will facilitate sprints, remove blockers, and ensure seamless collaboration between business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Guide the team in Agile principles and Scrum framework. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Identify and resolve impediments for the team. Track progress and ensure timely delivery of ETL/Talend-based solutions. Required Skills Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Finance Domain projects. Hands-on knowledge of ETL/Talend processes and data pipelines.
