Position :- Scrum Master Experience :- 8 - 15 Yrs Required Skills:- Location :- Bangalore. Notice Period :- Immediate to 30 Days Qualifications:- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Job Description :- Strong understanding of Scrum and SAFe principles. Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and other SAFe events. Hands on with Agile tools such as Azure Devops and Jira Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Release Train (ART) members to ensure alignment and synchronization across teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills to remove obstacles and help the team stay on track. Strong organizational and time management skills.
