Our focus is on creating content that blends dramatic storytelling with factual accuracy, crafted specifically for screen experiences that move, inform, and inspire. We’re assembling a core team of storytellers, designers, and creators who are passionate about cinema, culture, and creating narratives that resonate with real-world depth. Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Script Writer who can write compelling, screen-ready scripts in both Hindi and English . The ideal candidate understands the language of cinema, can handle dramatic arcs, and has a strong sense of realism and research-driven storytelling. You’ll be responsible for crafting narratives that bring real stories to life through cinematic treatment—integrating emotion, structure, and authenticity. Key Responsibilities Write original, fact-checked scripts that are dramatic, cinematic, and emotionally engaging Develop screenplays and narratives in both Hindi and English Work closely with directors, VFX/3D teams, and creative producers to align vision and tone Translate briefs and real-world research into structured scripts with scenes, dialogues, and transitions Adapt writing for visual storytelling including animation, reenactments, or dramatic sequences Revise drafts based on internal feedback and creative direction Maintain clarity, consistency, and creative discipline across projects Requirements 2+ years of experience in screenwriting, script writing, or storytelling for visual media Strong proficiency in both Hindi and English (writing and communication) Experience in writing for film, branded video, docu-dramas, or animated content Solid understanding of screenplay structure, tone, character arcs, and pacing Ability to interpret briefs and transform research into gripping narratives Highly collaborative, deadline-oriented, and passionate about storytelling Preferred Qualifications Background in film, journalism, creative writing, or mass communication Experience with animation, OTT content, or cinematic YouTube formats Familiarity with the production process, including storyboarding and direction Location & Working Model This is a full-time role based in Mumbai or Chennai . The role requires close coordination with the core team, so being on-site is preferred.
