multi-talented Script Writer + Social Media Manager

Role & Responsibilities

Script Writing (Core Role)

• Research, conceptualize, and write

  engaging scripts

  for YouTube long-form videos, Shorts, Reels, and Podcasts.
• Simplify complex ideas from spirituality, mindfulness, and neuroscience into

  relatable Hinglish content

  .
• Deliver

  8–10 long-form scripts + 15 short-form scripts

  per month.
• Work closely with Shashank and editors to ensure

  scripts translate into high-retention videos

  .

Social Media Management

• Plan and schedule daily/weekly content on Instagram, YouTube (Shorts & Community), and Telegram.
• Write

  captions, hooks, and descriptions

  that boost engagement and reflect brand voice.
• Monitor insights, analytics, and audience feedback to

  refine posting strategy

  .
• Coordinate with editors/designers to ensure

  consistent branding and content flow

  .
• Actively engage with the community through

  comments, DMs, and polls

  to build connection.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  scriptwriter

  (YouTube, podcasts, or documentaries).
• Strong background in

  social media management

  (Instagram + YouTube).
• Excellent command over

  English & Hindi (Hinglish writing style preferred).

• Deep research ability in mindfulness, spirituality, and psychology.

• Creative, adaptable, and able to balance writing with execution.

• Strong sense of storytelling, hooks, and social media trends.

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced content environment.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with

  YouTube analytics, SEO, and growth strategies.

• Hands-on experience with social scheduling tools

  (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Suite).
• Prior work in

  self-improvement, spirituality, or content-based brands.

• A natural curiosity for meditation, yoga, and mental well-being.
