Role & Responsibilities Script Writing (Core Role) Research, conceptualize, and write engaging scripts for YouTube long-form videos, Shorts, Reels, and Podcasts. Simplify complex ideas from spirituality, mindfulness, and neuroscience into relatable Hinglish content . Deliver 8–10 long-form scripts + 15 short-form scripts per month. Work closely with Shashank and editors to ensure scripts translate into high-retention videos . Social Media Management Plan and schedule daily/weekly content on Instagram, YouTube (Shorts & Community), and Telegram. Write captions, hooks, and descriptions that boost engagement and reflect brand voice. Monitor insights, analytics, and audience feedback to refine posting strategy . Coordinate with editors/designers to ensure consistent branding and content flow . Actively engage with the community through comments, DMs, and polls to build connection. Requirements Proven experience as a scriptwriter (YouTube, podcasts, or documentaries). Strong background in social media management (Instagram + YouTube). Excellent command over English & Hindi (Hinglish writing style preferred). Deep research ability in mindfulness, spirituality, and psychology. Creative, adaptable, and able to balance writing with execution. Strong sense of storytelling, hooks, and social media trends. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced content environment.
