SCM Outbound Officer

Responsibilities

• Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in workplace
• Ensuring quality & process control during working as per QC.
• Ensuring issuance of loading slip of products as QC Clearence for loading after checking all releases.
• Ensuring preparation of invoice and other documents to be handed over to transporter/truck driver.
• Ensuring despatch of correct quantity and quality products as per customer order
• Ensuring stock taking and match with book stock on regular basis.
• Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)
• Participation in all EHS initiatives
• Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion
• Ensuring proper coordination with other departments
• Allocation of manpower and taking work from contractor/contract workers.
• Ensuring 5S of work place and maintain dashboard.
  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other Characteristics

• Knowledge on storage of refractory products and loading into trucks safety
• Knowledge on basic operation of Crane, handing equipment like forklift, hydra, etc
• Knowledge on handling of big bags/Pallets by forklift or pallet trolley.
• Basic knowledge on computer operating like MS office.
  

Requirements

• Essential: Graduate/MBA from any stream with 2-5 years experience, age limit 35 years.
• Preferred: Work experience in refractory/Core manufacturing Industries (Preferably in warehouse)
