SCM Outbound Officer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for following, respecting, and establishing all EHS guidelines and protocols in the workplace. Your role will include ensuring quality and process control during working as per QC, as well as ensuring the issuance of loading slips of products as QC clearance for loading after checking all releases. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing invoices and other documents to be handed over to transporter/truck drivers, dispatching correct quantity and quality products as per customer orders, and conducting regular stock taking to match with book stock. Participation in KAIZENS (improvement jobs), all EHS initiatives, proper housekeeping after job completion, coordination with other departments, allocation of manpower, and ensuring 5S of the workplace will also be part of your responsibilities.
