SCM Head - Procurement & Logistics

Role Overview: As a Procurement Specialist at WIKA Group, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational performance. Your main responsibilities will include meeting inventory targets, improving processes, and ensuring adherence to systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for aligning supplier capacities with departmental deliverables, negotiating with suppliers for favorable terms, and conducting risk assessments on contracts. Your input on pricing, negotiations, and lead time will be essential for achieving sales targets.
