SCM-Application Architect

Role Overview: As an Oracle SCM Architect, you will be a client-facing Subject Matter Expert guiding large customers through all phases of the implementation project lifecycle. Your role as a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice involves providing high-quality and innovative solution leadership to project teams. Specifically, you will lead experienced consulting teams on challenging projects, oversee solution design and implementation, analyze business needs, recommend enhancements to Oracle products, and act as a thought leader and trusted advisor influencing decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations. Additionally, you will support business development efforts, drive customer process direction, and develop new solution sets based on industry needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead experienced consulting teams on challenging projects. - Oversee solution design and implementation to ensure high-quality, integrated solutions within time and budget constraints. - Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions align with customer objectives. - Recommend and justify enhancements to Oracle products for complex customer needs. - Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor, influencing decisions at the leadership level. - Support business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. - Drive customer process direction by offering domain leadership within relevant industries. - Develop new solution sets based on industry needs and market demands. Qualification Required: - A bachelor's degree from any university and an MBA is an added advantage. - 17 to 20 years of overall experience. - Industry/Domain experience of 6-8 years in at least two industry verticals. - Extensive background as a Consultant or Architect with expertise in at least three functional areas of SCM. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle solutions and proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud domains. - Strong presentation experience. - Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA and JAPAC. - Excellent communication, client-handling, influencing, and negotiation skills.
