Job Title

: Content - Technical Writing Representative

Location

: Mumbai

Duration

: 6+6 months

Responsibilities

Annotate scientific and promotional materials (LBLs, Slide Decks, Brochures, Emails, IVAs) as per referencing and regulatory submission guidelines.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with referencing styles (AMA/Vancouver) and client MLR requirements.
Liaise with medical writers and reviewers to clarify queries and maintain high standards of scientific accuracy.
Develop and maintain referencing trackers and databases for global/local projects.
Conduct quality control checks on references and annotations before final submission.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Medical Review, Creative) to align on annotation and referencing processes.
Support process improvement initiatives for better efficiency and compliance in referencing and annotation.
