Hiring: Principal for CBSE School

Location: Pali, Rajasthan

Salary: Rs. 60K to Rs. 70K

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Principal to lead our prestigious educational institution. If you have a passion for academic excellence and strong leadership skills, this role is for you.

Experience Required:

· Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at ICSE/CBSE/IGCSE level

· 3-5 years of experience as Principal/Vice-Principal or in a similar educational leadership role

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily school operations, including academic and administrative activities

· Develop, implement, and monitor school policies and programs for holistic student development

· Foster a disciplined, positive, and inclusive learning environment

· Ensure a safe, supportive, and fair atmosphere for students, teachers, and staff

· Lead, mentor, and motivate teaching and non-teaching staff to achieve academic and organizational goals

· Engage with parents, guardians, and the community to build strong relationships and promote the school’s values

Qualifications:

· Post Graduate Degree in Science/Commerce/Humanities from a recognized university

· Degree in Education (B.Ed. or equivalent)

· PhD in Education or a related field will be an advantage

· Age: 45-50 years

Preference will be given to candidates from Rajasthan.
