Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Principal to lead our CBSE school located in Chikkabelavangala. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, capable of managing school operations efficiently, and committed to academic excellence and holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school
• Ensure adherence to CBSE curriculum and educational policies
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supervise and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the community
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Organize school events, activities, and programs
• Handle inspections, audits, and compliance related to CBSE and education department

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field (M.Ed/B.Ed mandatory)
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in teaching and at least 3 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school management practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Kannada preferred
