Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership to staff and students, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring compliance with educational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that drive school improvement and student achievement.
• Supervise curriculum planning and instructional methods to ensure effective teaching and learning.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the community.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Monitor student progress and implement programs to support academic and behavioral development.
• Ensure the school’s adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Education or a related field (M.Ed preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a school leadership role (Principal/Vice Principal/Coordinator).
• Proven track record of school development and academic improvement.
• Strong understanding of CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum and educational frameworks.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in school ERP systems and digital tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators.

Pay: From ₹21,331.91 per month
