About the Role:

School Counsellor & Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Boost Admissions & Sales

• Counsel prospective parents and guide them through the admission process.
• Build strong parent relationships and maintain regular communication.
• Organize school tours and admission-related events.

• School Coordination

• Manage daily school services and coordinate between staff, parents, and management.
• Ensure smooth execution of academic and extracurricular activities.
• Address and resolve parent queries in a professional and timely manner.

• Social Media & Marketing

• Handle the school’s social media presence (posting, content creation, and engagement).
• Strategize and execute marketing campaigns to attract new admissions.
• Collaborate with the management team to introduce new activities that boost visibility and profits.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with preschool Counsel or sales for at least 3 Years
• Bachelor’s degree (Education/Marketing/Business preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to counsel parents with confidence and empathy.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Previous experience in sales, counselling, or school coordination is an added advantage.
