As a dynamic and proactive School Counsellor & Coordinator at Kidzee Surya Nagar, your role will be crucial in boosting admissions, strengthening parent engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day school operations. Key Responsibilities: - Boost Admissions & Sales - Counsel prospective parents and assist them through the admission process. - Establish strong relationships with parents and uphold regular communication. - Organize school tours and admission-related events. - School Coordination - Manage daily school services and facilitate communication between staff, parents, and management. - Ensure the seamless execution of academic and extracurricular activities. - Address and resolve parent queries professionally and promptly. - Social Media & Marketing - Manage the school's social media presence including posting, content creation, and engagement. - Plan and implement marketing campaigns to attract new admissions. - Collaborate with the management team to introduce activities that enhance visibility and profitability. Qualifications: - Experience with preschool Counselling or sales for a minimum of 3 years. - Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or Business is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to counsel parents confidently and empathetically. - Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Previous experience in sales, counselling, or school coordination is advantageous.
